Mesotherapy with growth factors
Mesotherapy with growth factors is used in multiple areas of the body, due to the powerful regenerative and restructuring properties it contains.
This procedure, in addition to being the most used by celebrities, is painless and outpatient. It is a fairly simple procedure that does not require rest or enter the operating room.
How is mesotherapy with growth factors performed?
Initially, a complete clinical history is taken to detect if there is any contraindication to treatment.
If the patient is suitable, the procedure is carried out, it begins by cleaning and disinfecting the area to be treated. Then, to carry out the procedure, a blood sample is taken from the patient.
Immediately afterwards, the extracted blood is subjected to a centrifugation process, in which the plasma of the red blood cells is broken up.
Once the plasma is obtained, it is combined with a substance that activates platelets, releasing growth factor; which makes the multipotential cells grow and differentiate in the injected tissue, in this case face, neck and décolleté
What are the benefits of mesotherapy with growth factors?
-
Mesotherapy with growth factors has great regenerative power, increases the number of fibroblasts and blood vessels. Allowing the tissue to oxygenate and promoting the production of collagen and elastin.
In the same way, it produces healthy melanocytes that prevent spots from appearing on our skin.
All this makes the skin look brighter. The skin becomes smoother since the pores are closed, healing is improved (which is very good for skin prone to acne marks and skin that has scars or stretch marks) and gives it firmness thanks to the production of fibers stronger and more robust collagen and elastin.
How long does it take to see the results?
The results vary according to each person’s skin type. In general, three to four sessions will be necessary, one session every two to four weeks.
However, from the first session you can notice an improvement. It is necessary to carry out the maintenance of the treatment every 6 months, with an extra session the changes can be sustained for a longer period.
What are the secondary effects?
As the treatment is carried out through micro injections, there may be slight discomfort or inflammation that subsides in a few minutes.
This treatment, being autologous, that is, obtained from the patient’s own blood, has a minimal risk of causing immune reactions or transmitting infectious or contagious diseases.
However, there are relative contraindications in patients with skin cancer or coagulation disorders.
